2023 SFI Chassis Date

NHRA Chassis Inspection Day will be Saturday and Sunday April 1st & 2nd at Coughlin GM/Chevrolet in Newark.

You must RSVP with the National Trail Raceway office at 740-928-5706.

We will be scheduling appointments every 20 mins starting at 9 am. So make sure you RSVP so we can put you on the schedule.

**If we fill all spots for Saturday, April 1st, then we will start booking times for Sunday, April 2nd.***

2022 Champions Banquet - Feb 18th

We are proud to announce the 2022 National Trail Raceway Awards Banquet will take place on Saturday Night, February 18th at the Newark VFW Hall.

We will be honoring the champions from the JEGS.com Jr. Dragster Series and our JEGS ET Series.  We will also be honoring all our special award winners that evening as well.

Trails Triple 10's

Coming June 16-18 is a brand new event, the Trails Triple 10’s!  The event will pay $10k each day to the winner! Dragsters and door cars will be separate down to 8 cars.

No Box racers will be separate down to 1 and then move into the next round of door cars.  The last remaining No Box racer will get $1000.

2022 Jr. Lighting Champion Ian Burt

The Jr. Lightning class is the most advanced class in the JEGS.com Jr. Dragster Racing Series.  The class is full of the the most experienced racers in the series and is full of exciting racing. On the final day of the season, it was Ian Burt taking home the 2022 JEGS.com Jr. Dragster Series Jr. Lightning Championship, his first ever track championship.

2022 High School Champion Hunter Wolfe

This past year the High School class, turned out to be one of the more competitive classes in JEGS ET Series.  The class is full of some of the best up and coming racers at National Trail Raceway and this year the championship came down to defending champion Hunter Wolfe and Kendylle Brown.  Once the final points were tallied, it was Hunter Wolfe successfully defending his title and capturing the 2022 JEGS ET Series High School Championship.

2022 Jr. Storm Champion Killian Hamilton

The JEGS.com Jr. Dragster Series Jr. Storm class is a class for the youngest racers at National Trail Raceway.  The class is for kids aged 6-9 years old and everyone can see the joy they have for having the opportunity to race at such a young age.  This year the points battle was between two friends, Killian Hamilton and Andrew Dutton.  Once the points were tallied it was Killian Hamilton taking home the Jr. Storm Championship.

2022 Super Pro Champion Billy Rowe

The JEGS ET Series Super Pro class is the largest and one of the most competitive classes at National Trail Raceway.  This year the class saw a championship chase come down to a classic dragster vs door car battle, with Billy Rowe, the 2018 Super Pro champion, in the dragster and Michael Underwood in the door car.  When the dust settled on the 2022 JEGS ET Series Season it was Billy Rowe taking home his second National Trail Raceway Super Pro championship.
