• NO CASH REFUNDS. • You must keep your wristband and receipt to redeem at a future event. • If weather or other occurrence halts racing ANY time before the start of time trials of your class, racers will receive 100% credit of entry fee. Credit is valid for up to one year from date of race. • If weather or other occurrence halts racing ANY time between the start of time trials and the completion of the first time trial session for classes with 1 scheduled time trial sessions, track will keep $30 or 50% of entry fee whichever is the least amount and there will be no payout. Credit is valid for up to one year from date of race. • If weather or other occurrence halts racing ANY time between the start of the second time trial and the completion of time trials for classes with 2 scheduled time trials sessions, racers will receive 50% credit of entry fee and there will be no payout. Credit is valid for up to one year from date of race. • If weather or other occurrence halts racing after the first round of elimination, points will be awarded to that point in the race. Payout will be divided among the remaining racers and no entry fee credit will be issued. • If weather or other occurrence halts racing during a round of your class’s eliminations, applicable payouts and entry fee credits will be issued as if that class’s round had not started. • At specialty events, if over 50% of the days activities are completed, the event will be considered completed and no credit will be given.
